Julian "Chip" Bryan IV
Mr. Bryan resides in Boca Raton, Florida. Chip has made a career of Real Estate Development and Homebuilding since returning to Florida in 1995. Chip was a Project Manager for major South Florida Development projects including the Florida Panthers Arena and the City Place redevelopment in West Palm Beach. Mr. Bryan later became a Vice President of the Falcone Group, where he oversaw Land Acquisitions and Entitlements throughout the State of Florida. Chip has been active in purchasing and repositioning distressed residential property since 2008.
Mr. Bryan served three terms on the Board of Directors for the Sports Car Club of America, where in 2005 he received their Volunteer of The Year award for service and dedication. He was also Awarded top single event fund raiser by the American Cancer Society in 2007. Chip currently sits on the Advisory Boards of two Charitable Foundations.
Mr. Bryan is a co-founder and Manager of miJAX Properties LLC, miJAX Manager LLC and reBOUND Residential LLC.
William "Mac" Easton
Mac resides in Atlantic Beach Florida. Mac began his career as an Environmental Consultant, first with Environmental Services Inc, then later with Reynolds, Smith & Hills. He began purchasing distressed residential homes through foreclosure auctions and tax deed sales in the early 90's, and continues to do so to this day.
Mac made the switch full time to Real Estate in 1997, and since that time has successfully created and managed over 50 syndicated Real Estate ventures. Mac is a founder and Managing Partner of Pine Street RPS based in Jacksonville Florida, as well as a co-founder and Manager of miJAX Properties LLC, miJAX Manager LLC and reBOUND Residential LLC. Mac oversees the North Florida miJAX ventures.
Charlie Vickers
Charlie resides in Lake Mary, Florida where he has been successfully focusing on large scale real estate development transactions for over two decades. His resume also includes extensive land acquisition experience with several of the largest national homebuilders operating in Florida.
Charlie was instrumental in co-developing a mobile device GIS interactive application that is used extensively during our acquisition and investigation process.
